A wonderful hotel with amazing service! The staff members were very welcoming and accommodating, with excellent tips for local dining and shopping. The location is ideal, near restaurants and shops in Lakeside. The comfort of the room, en suite bathroom, and nice breakfasts were some of the highlights. From the rooftop, you can enjoy spectacular views of the mountains - Annapurna range and Fish Tail - during the mornings and evenings.
The Wi-Fi connection was sporadic and didn't work in some rooms.

I've never experienced such friendly and helpful staff before. The location was just perfect - close to shops and restaurants, while still being away from the hustle and bustle. The cleanliness was top-notch. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the breakfast was delicious.

Friendly staff and comfortable beds. the restaurant had excellent food and an amazing view of the surroundings. the hotel is located in a quiet area which was appreciated by me.
Our room was not what we expected. the bathroom had a foul smell and the shower water pressure was low.

The hotel provided great services during our stay over the Easter weekend. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains from the rooftop, and the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants. the hotel had bike rentals available for us to explore the area.
The inconsistency in the wifi connection. Although the wifi was accessible in some areas of the hotel, it didn't work in our room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Pokhara. The staff were extremely friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel is in a great location, very near lakeside, with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The rooms on the top floor have amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The en suite bathrooms with hot showers were a real plus after a long day of exploring.
Everything was perfect, couldn't ask for more.
